This exercise group for women of all ages, meets weekly each Wednesday at 9:30 am.
The one-hour Yoga based program includes stretching, strengthening and balancing activities interspersed with periods of relaxation. A visual relaxation activity concludes each session.
The program consists of activities while standing, seated and on the floor. Those participants unable to exercise on the floor, the routine will be modified to assist whilst sitting on a chair.
A luncheon is organised once a month following the class for those able to attend
